J3 Advisory founders Jack Bristow and Johnny Leadsom have settled the case filed by their former employer London Belgravia Brokers.

Bristow, managing director at J3 Advisory, set up the insurance and financial advisory firm with directors Johnny Leadsom and James Mole in 2021. All three are the same officers listed for J3 INS.

Prior to leaving London Belgravia Brokers, Bristow served as commercial director; Leadsom, senior broker; and Mole, director at London Belgravia Wealth Management, according to LinkedIn and Companies House filings.

In London Belgravia Brokers Limited v Bristow and others, the defendants were Bristow, Leadsom, J3 INS, and J3 Advisory. Mole, the ‘third J’, wasn’t listed as a defendant in the breach of contract case.

Meanwhile Bristow and Leadsom, as reported by Law360, have settled the case.

Insurance Business isn’t aware of any public statement from either London Belgravia or J3 Advisory in relation to the settlement.
