The Hayes Parsons Group – the name behind Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers, underwriting agency Admiral Marine, and CMTIA (Combined Market Traders Insurance Association) – has added professional indemnity broker Ntegrity Insurance Solutions to its roster.
Without disclosing financial terms of the transaction, the group said in an emailed release that its annualised insurance turnover now amounts to more than £27 million with Ntegrity’s arrival.
“After an amazing 2022 with record-breaking growth, I am delighted to start the year by welcoming such a high-calibre team to the group, bringing with them new expertise which will help us hit our objectives of being considered the broker of choice for clients within our specialist areas and being the most significant independent broker in the South West,” said Hayes Parsons managing director James Woollam (pictured).
Meanwhile Ntegrity managing director Gary Horswell will remain at the helm of the acquired business.
“I have known James and his team for a number of years, and so when we started considering our future, this partnership made complete sense,” revealed Horswell in the announcement. “I am excited that in combining our businesses we will be able to offer our clients access to an even wider group of services.
“I wanted to find a company I could trust to work with the Ntegrity team and help them continue the great work they do, and in Hayes Parsons I believe we have found the perfect partner.”
Set up in 2007, Ntegrity will be working alongside Hayes Parsons Insurance Brokers.
