Personal lines insurtech Policy Expert has added seven members to its executive team, creating new leadership roles as part of the company’s growth aspirations.

Below are the promoted colleagues, who took on their posts this month.

  • Linda Crichton – chief customer officer
  • Alex Bearpark – chief insurance risk officer
  • Antony Green – chief product & technology officer
  • Christine Minetou – chief pricing officer
  • Audrey McDade – chief compliance officer
  • Millie Nash – chief people officer
  • Gary Barker – managing director, Trinity

“We are delighted to announce the expansion of Policy Expert’s executive team, with the promotion of seven talented individuals from across our business to help drive forward the next stage of our growth plans,” executive chair Steve Hardy said in an emailed release.   

“This exciting change will ensure our key business strategies are shaped by input and support from across every aspect of Policy Expert. Our expanded team will help us to operate as a single, unified business as we continue to grow our proposition and market share.”

Aside from Hardy and the seven listed above, other members of Policy Expert’s leadership team are chief operating officer Adam Powell, chief financial officer Kevin Chidwick, and chief underwriting officer David Prior.  

“I couldn’t be happier with the extensive experience and strategic acumen around the table of our new leadership team,” Hardy added. “Their collective input will help to ensure we keep innovating and putting customers’ needs first throughout 2024 as we build on our position as the UK’s leading personal lines insurtech.”

Policy Expert, which has grown new policy sales by 66% and renewals by 97% over the last three years, is manned by more than 850 people across its offices in London, Milton Keynes, and Motherwell. Trading since 2011, the firm currently supports 1.4 million customers across the UK.
