Ash Danga, Chief Data & AI Officer for AXA UK&I and Transformation Director for AXA Health, has over 20 years of experience leading and delivering transformational change for customers and organisations globally, with extensive experience in Data and AI.
Prior to joining AXA, Ash worked at HSBC as Head of Digital, Global Markets, where he delivered customer-facing analytics using machine learning models, developed AI-driven pricing and market research solutions, and helped transition the business towards an AI-first customer channel strategy. He also spent several years working with the NHS, delivering transformational change across hospital trusts.
Since joining AXA in 2024, Ash has overseen the reset and accelerated progress of the Health Digital programme to re-platform the Health business. He has played a key role in advancing the organisation's move towards a product operating model, embedding a new way of working, and fostering a culture of customer, value and velocity within Transformation and Data in Health.
