Daniel Keeler

Dan has a passion for digital trading and is a driving force behind the modernization of underwriting, through the use of technology, data and creation of client-centric experiences. With experience grounded in commercial underwriting, Dan soon pivoted to digital trading, where he has delivered fast-scaling digital solutions over the past decade, at Lloyd’s syndicates, retail insurers, and MGAs. Having led underwriting innovation at multiple organisations, Dan has a great network of transformation and digital experts; many of whom have contributed to his approach, which puts clients, brokers and underwriters at the forefront when designing digital solutions. 

Dan is keen to attract new talent to the insurance industry and develop the great talent the industry has. He is a member of the EDii Advisory Board, one of the UK’s leading insurance learning and development organisations. In addition, he provides mentoring for developing talent who wish to pursue a career focussed on insurance innovation. Based in London and running a global team, Dan’s experience spans underwriting and digital trading across the UK, US, Canada, Australia & Europe.
