Hoosh Mires has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of Freedom Health Insurance since its launch in 2003, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

Over this time, he has held senior roles across operations, claims, underwriting, and sales, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, from product design and underwriting through to claims and customer outcomes.

Hoosh has been closely involved in developing new markets and supporting the company’s international operations, contributing to its continued growth in the UK and overseas. His approach combines strategic thinking with practical, hands-on experience, enabling him to navigate both the commercial and operational challenges facing the health insurance sector today.

He focuses on operational performance and service delivery, ensuring the business remains responsive to evolving customer needs and market demands. His leadership reflects Freedom Health Insurance’s commitment to personalised service and sustainable long-term value.
