Kishan Mangat

Kishan Mangat is the co-chair of iCAN (The Insurance Cultural Awareness Network) which is an industry-wide independent not-for-profit network that was set up to drive multicultural inclusion and career progression across the insurance sector. It currently has over 3,500 members and runs a number of key initiatives to drive change in the industry. In 2021, Kishan also joined the board of iWIN (The Network for Independent Women in Insurance), providing support to the learning and development for aspiring young female professionals and is a judge for both the Insurance Business Rising Stars Awards and Elite Women. She currently works as legal counsel for AIG.
