Marco Spagnuolo currently leads the Conversational AI team at Swiss Re, where he is responsible for helping clients maximise the performance and efficiency of their contact centre operations.
Previously, he headed the Inforce Solutions EMEA team, with responsibility for enhancing customer persistency through retention management, customer experience and engagement initiatives, as well as optimising claims operations effectiveness and productivity. Marco joined Swiss Re in 2010, starting in Operations before moving into Portfolio Management.
He began his career in 2004 with the Allianz Group in Italy, working in the underwriting function, and later joined Aon as a Junior Account Executive.
Marco holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna and a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy.
