Taylour Donovan is the Vice President of Executive Assurance at Arch Insurance, a position she has held since March 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the South Central region and underwriting for both the Large Commercial Group and the Growth & Middle Market Group. Taylour is also the energy industry subject matter expert for Executive Assurance. Previously, she served as Assistant Vice President of Executive Assurance. Taylour joined Arch in 2010 and embodies an entrepreneurial spirit that has led to strong growth in two different territories including the Chicago Midwest region and the South Central region. Taylour has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Insurance from Illinois State University and currently lives in Dallas, Texas. She holds the designation of RPLU.
