Jen Tadin is the Chief Growth Officer for leading insurtech firm, Bold Penguin. Recently joining Bold Penguin as a senior member of the executive team she is responsible for accelerating the company's momentum as the insurance industry's largest small commercial marketplace. Overseeing the company's growth strategy, marketing, sales, and customer success groups, Jen operates at the intersection of Bold Penguin's existing and future products and business partners. As one of the visionary leaders within small commercial insurance, Jen's influence on the future of Bold Penguin's product and value proposition in the marketplace will be strongly felt. As a champion for diversity and inclusion, Jen is leveraging Bold Penguin's position as an insurance technology innovator to build excitement, open doors, and expand career opportunities for traditionally underrepresented groups in insurtech which will play a key role in laying the foundation for the next generation of insurance solutions and innovation.   

Prior to joining Bold Penguin, Jen served as President of Small Business, U.S. Retail Property & Casualty at Gallagher where she led a $60M revenue operation that insures over 50,000 small businesses across the U.S.  Jen is a small business expert with an impressive track record delivering aggressive growth, leading and building high performing teams on both the brokerage and insurance carrier side of the business. Jen has also served in sales and leadership roles with leading Small Commercial carriers, The Hartford and Travelers.  Jen is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and an editorial contributor to Forbes.com. She is highly passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion serving as a DEI Ambassador and public speaker, she is founder of a Chicago-based women in financial services networking group called the Who Run the World Dinner Club, and serves as a board member for Female Strong, a non-profit organization with a mission to empower young girls (grades 6-12) with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to change the face of leadership for generations to come.
