Initially joining Worthy as VP of Commercial Lines, Ryan quickly grew Worthy into the flourishing national brokerage it is today. After taking over as CEO in 2016, he continued to provide a foundation for success with his team through extensive training and guidance. Ryan has a strong drive and passion for continued education in the industry, recently completing his CPCU designation along with his MBA in Insurance and Risk Management.
