Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Holden Strub as a producer in its employee benefits group.

Alliant Employee Benefits president Kevin Overbey noted how the firm will benefit from Strub’s appointment.

“Employees are asking their employers for a wide range of voluntary benefits, and Holden is passionate about the application and changing landscape of voluntary benefits for employers,” said Overbey.

“We are fortunate to add a producer like him to our team,” he added.

Who is Holden Strub?

Prior to joining the firm, Strub was affiliated with technology solutions provider Corestream as its brand account manager, where he was tasked with bringing savings to the firm’s clients’ employee benefits programs through voluntary benefits and perks. Before that, he held the role of strategic business development representative.

Strub also had experience as an associate research recruiter before becoming the account project manager of New York-based software company Vancery. He also gained experience as a private hospitality consultant, as well as an account manager, at The Bloomy Rind LLC.

Strub received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business.

In his new role, Strub will be based out of the firm’s East region. From there, he will be sharing his expertise when it comes to employee benefits as well as the creation of custom voluntary benefits solutions to the firm’s clients.

It provides industry as well as risk solutions to various sectors and is considered to be one of the largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US.
