Alera Group has announced the appointment of Tracy Reyes as associate general counsel for M&A. in her new role, Reyes will support Alera Group’s strategic growth initiatives and manage the legal activities related to all national M&A strategies.

“Tracy is an excellent addition to our legal team, bringing deep expertise in acquisitions and corporate transactions,” said Peter Marathas, chief legal officer at Alera Group. “We look forward to her leadership as we continue to grow across the country through new acquisitions.”

Prior to joining Alera Group, Reyes served as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she led deal teams for significant transactions. Before that, Reyes was an associate at Well, Gotshal & Manges. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
