Highstreet Insurance Partners (HSIP), a community-based insurance agency, has announced its acquisition of Siebert Insurance, a long-standing insurance agency serving the St. Louis, Missouri area.
According to a news release, the acquisition includes Siebert Agency Ltd and its affiliated companies, Russ Siebert Insurance and Mary Siebert Insurance Agency. The move is expected to strengthen Highstreet’s presence in its Central Region. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Siebert Insurance, under the leadership of Bill Siebert and a team including his nieces Tiffany Ruhland and Krista Siebert-Smith, as well as Joe Clay, has served the region for over 70 years. The agency is recognized for its focus on personal and commercial insurance solutions.
Following the acquisition, the team will continue to operate from their Fenton, Mo., office, with leadership remaining intact. The group will integrate into Highstreet’s Central Region, led by regional president Krae Dutoit.
“Siebert Insurance’s client relationship-oriented team and operational expertise are an excellent addition to Highstreet’s Central Region and beyond,” Dutoit said. “We're excited to welcome Siebert Insurance to the Highstreet team.”
Siebert highlighted the benefits of the partnership, stating, “Over the course of our 70+ year history, we’ve strived to improve our clients’ experience through enhanced levels of service, carrier relationships, and product offerings. Our partnership with Highstreet and continued leadership from Tiffany, Krista, Joe, and I, will better enable us to achieve these goals while maintaining our local team and presence in our community.”
Founded in 2018, Highstreet Insurance Partners is a full-service independent insurance agency, providing a range of services including business and personal insurance, employee benefits, and retirement planning through its network of community-based agencies.
The announcement of the acquisition comes just weeks after Highstreet’s acquisition of the assets of Collum Insurance Group, based in Richardson, Texas.
