Hub International Limited, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, said it has acquired the assets of John L. Kiley Agency Inc., which is doing business as DAR The Rocchio Agency.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Carmel, Indiana, The Rocchio Agency is an independent insurance agency offering commercial and personal insurance, as well as employee benefits services. The agency specializes in residential construction, including custom home building and real estate development.
David Rocchio, owner of The Rocchio Agency, and his team will join Hub Midwest East.
Following the acquisition, the agency will operate as The Rocchio Agency, a Hub International company.
MidCap Advisors acted as financial adviser to The Rocchio Agency.
Hub International provides various services in risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning and wealth management. It operates with more than 18,000 employees across North America.
The Chicago-based company has said it is committed to growing organically and through acquisitions to expand its footprint.
Earlier this month, the company announced its acquisition of the assets of Lindenwood Agency Inc., an independent insurance agency based in St. Charles, Missouri. Lindenwood has been in operation for over 50 years and has developed a strong presence in the local communities of Missouri and Illinois.
In January, it purchased Woods Insurance Services, an independent agency based in Farmington, New Mexico.
