Denver-based Eberl Claims Service, one of the nation’s leading claims adjustment and insurance services industry company, has been acquired by Engle Martin & Associates through a capital partner, the companies announced in early September.
Denver-based Eberl provides a full suite of complementary daily and catastrophe loss adjusting and claims-related services, with a focus on residential and automobile insurance claims. Eberl will continue to run independently within the Engle Martin family of brands via its own stand-alone management team under the name Eberl Claims Service, LLC. The addition of Eberl, Engle Martin’s fourth acquisition in less than two years, adds to Engle Martin’s enhanced and diversified service offering for a broader client base, the company said.

The addition of Eberl further expands Engle Martin’s insurance services platform which now includes three core services. The firm’s traditional commercial property and casualty adjusting and third-party claims administration division continues to expand its geographic footprint and build out its specialty offerings. PT&C|LWG, the firm’s forensic engineering and consulting platform formed via two recent acquisitions, continues to invest in building out its global reach and attracting the strongest experts in the industry. Eberl, the firm’s third division, focuses on personal home and auto claims and has grown to one of the largest national providers of daily and catastrophe claims services to insurance carriers, according to Engle Martin.
Eberl delivers daily and catastrophe loss adjusting and claims services via a national network of adjusters who handle over 100,000 claims annually. The firm has worked every major catastrophe for nearly three decades with a focus on residential and automobile claims services. Eberl maintains a national network of adjusters responding to carriers’ claim adjusting and other claims services needs in all 50 states.
Aside from the company’s other recent acquisitions, Engle Martin in 2011 launched Specialty Loss Group, which the company said was dedicated to managing high-value, complex losses from a variety of commercial and industrial business segments, the Claims Journal reported.
