Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (LCIB) has revealed that it has appointed Jeff Arricale (pictured above), CPA as chief financial officer, and has welcomed Mark Biderman (pictured below), CFA to its board of directors, as chairman of the audit committee.
Arricale has 25 years of accounting, capital markets, insurance, and ESG expertise, most recently serving as chief of staff and head of capital markets for the commercial insurer ProSight Specialty. He began his career in the audit practice of KPMG LLP, and then spent 18 years as an insurance analyst, financial services investor, and research director with T. Rowe Price and Lord Abbett.
“We are excited to have Jeff join our senior management team and help to lead the company into the next phases of its evolution,” commented LCIB founder, chairman, and CEO Bill Johnson. “His knowledge of finance and operations along with his deep experience and relationships in the capital markets will be invaluable as we navigate the company forward.”
Meanwhile, Biderman has extensive operational, capital markets, governance and leadership experience. He served as the CFO of National Financial partners from 1999 to 2008 and as director and audit committee chair for Atlas Energy. He is currently a director and audit committee chair for Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance.
Biderman is also a member of the Disciplinary Review Committee at the CFA Institute and has served as a board member and treasurer of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and board member and treasurer of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.
