Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NSI Insurance Group is one of the country’s premier privately-held insurance agencies. The company offers commercial and personal insurance throughout the U.S. and in 40 countries.

KMH specializes in insuring commercial marine vessels, commercial marine liability, luxury boats and personal watercraft. The company also has expertise in insuring equine customers.

Following the transaction, KMH president Kathryn Hoff and the company’s employees in its Hamptons, New York City and New Jersey offices will immediately join NSI.

“KMH expands our presence in the Northeast, and Kathryn Hoff brings a wealth of experience to our firm,” NSI Insurance Group CEO Oscar Seikaly remarked. “We are delighted to have Kathryn and her talented team on board.”
