Ryan Specialty has appointed Lana Jankovic as chief audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) officer.
“Lana has proven herself as an expert and leader in the field of internal audit and SOX compliance and is the right person to fill this very important role,” Ryan Specialty founder, chair, and chief executive Patrick G. Ryan said when the immediate change was announced.
“Lana has been critical for us as we transformed from a private company to being publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. With her knowledge and leadership skills, Lana will continue to guide us in these critical areas.”
An AmTrust Financial alumnus, the new chief audit and SOX officer has been with Ryan Specialty for nearly three years. Prior to her promotion, Jankovic served as vice president of SOX compliance. She brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience to her new role.
