The Hilb Group (THG) has announced the acquisition of North Carolina-based David Hill & Associates (DHA).

The Wilmington, N.C.-based DHA will be joining the existing THG Wilmington office to build an expanded benefits practice. DHA is THG’s 41st acquisition since the company’s founding in 2009 and its 11th in 2017.
