US insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm Conner Strong & Buckelew announced that it has acquired Armstrong, Doyle & Carroll.
Based in Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Doyle & Carroll is an employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm that has been in business since the 1950s. It specializes in unique benefit plan solutions, which includes managing a statewide benefits insurance program for private schools and colleges in Pennsylvania. The company is led by 30-plus year employee benefits industry veteran John Doyle.
According to Conner Strong & Buckelew, the acquisition is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships “to align with high-quality benefits and property & casualty organizations.” Following a “brief” transition period, Armstrong, Doyle & Carroll will ultimately operate under Conner Strong & Buckelew’s brand.
