CCIG has expanded its presence in the Southwestern United States by acquiring Carver & Associates Insurance Services, as part of its ongoing plan to increase its national reach while continuing to provide risk management solutions for businesses and individuals.

The acquisition aligns with CCIG's strategy to offer services to middle-market clients by combining the resources of larger national brokerages with a personalized, relationship-driven approach.

With this expansion, CCIG now operates in key markets across Colorado, Austin, Texas, and Phoenix.

"The acquisition of Carver & Associates aligns with our vision of expanding CCIG's reach while maintaining the highest standards of service and risk management expertise," said JB Richardson, chief operating officer of CCIG.

He added that both companies share a commitment to integrity and a client-first philosophy, which will guide their combined operations.

Meanwhile, clients of Carver & Associates will benefit from CCIG's range of insurance carriers and industry-specific expertise.

According to the company, this will allow them to offer more comprehensive and competitive insurance solutions while preserving the personalized service clients expect.

Don Carver, president of Carver & Associates, said the partnership with CCIG enhances their ability to deliver comprehensive and cost-effective protection.

"CCIG's approach to risk management and its dedication to tailored insurance solutions make this a perfect fit," said Carver.

CCIG, which has operated independently since 1985, provides services including commercial lines, surety, employee benefits, and private client insurance. The firm has been recognized as a "Best Practices" Insurance Broker by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.
