Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of Starline Insurance Group in San Jose, California.

Since being acquired by Corey Ebadat and Benjamin Lundgren, Starline Insurance Group has established a reputation for delivering exceptional risk management solutions to clients in the Bay Area.

The deal with Inszone is expected to bolster the agency even further, a press release stated, as it brings an increased pool of resources and expertise.

The same release detailed how the integration of Starline Insurance Group into Inszone’s operations is expected to be seamless, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.

“It's a significant moment for us as Starline Insurance becomes an integral part of the Inszone family,” said CEO Chris Walters.

“Leveraging their comprehensive expertise in personal and commercial insurance, intertwined with our vast resources and robust carrier relationships, we're poised to redefine the way we create value for our clients throughout California. This strategic move marks an exciting chapter in our growth story.”

Inszone’s M&A spree

Established in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, Inszone is a full-service insurance brokerage firm that offers a wide range of property & casualty insurance, as well as employee benefits solutions.

The company has seen significant growth through a series of M&A deals, with its most recent acquisition being Citizens General Insurance Brokers, also in California.

Other recent acquisitions include Champion Insurance Group in Texas and The Contractors Insurance Group in Arizona. It has also swooped for two other California-based agencies, Larry Fu Insurance Agency and Donna Ledwick Insurance Services.

Outside of California, Inszone also operates in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Oregon, Texas and Illinois. It has 42 locations in total, with plans to further expand throughout the country.
