World Insurance Associates LLC has been expanding its national presence through a series of acquisitions. Now, the firm has acquired Reinig Insurance Solutions of Lakewood, Colorado. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Reinig Insurance Solutions focuses on property and casualty insurance for the health and fitness industry. The agency has knowledge of liability risks tied to gym ownership and employee safety training, enabling it to provide tailored insurance solutions to its clients.
The acquisition broadens World Insurance's offerings in Colorado and adds specialized expertise in the gym and fitness sector to its national platform.
Background on prior acquisitions
Earlier this year, World acquired Green Bay Insurance Center of Green Bay, Wisconsin, effective July 1, 2025. Founded in 1968, Green Bay Insurance Center is a full-service agency offering personal and commercial insurance products, including home, auto, business, builders risk, farm, and group health coverage. The agency is well-known for its longstanding community presence and reputation for tailored coverage solutions.
World also recently acquired ACB Insurance, an Indianapolis-based agency serving individuals, families, and businesses. Corey Kunkleman, who has led ACB since 2003, will continue to head the business under World’s ownership.
Effective in June 2025, World acquired William P. Smart Associates, based in Fairfield, New Jersey. The agency specializes in serving clients in the entertainment industry, with a focus on commercial insurance, along with some personal insurance and employee benefits services. Owner William P. Smart said the acquisition will allow the firm to broaden its client base and offer a wider range of products and services.
