Insurtech provider Zywave has launched a new online library for insurance professionals, which offers access to free compliance, HR, and employee content and resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The COVID-19 Resource Center offers insurance professionals materials such as:

  • Compliance resources – As an unprecedent case, the pandemic has given rise to a range of new compliance questions. Insurance professionals can help their clients stay compliant by offering them up-to-date resources on the coronavirus, developed by Zywave’s attorneys.
  • HR resources – The COVID-19 outbreak has also forced HR departments everywhere to spread themselves thin as they respond to employee questions and ensure that workers are safe. These resources can help employers mitigate disruptions.
  • Employee resources – This employee-facing content helps answer COVID-19 related questions, helping disperse any misinformation.

“In these uncertain times, while the safety and well-being of our associates, customers and their clients is of the utmost importance, we also remain steadfast in our commitment to service at the highest level,” said Zywave CEO Jason Liu. “Given the nature of our business, we believe we have the responsibility and are in a unique position to help support not only the insurance industry, but also the health and safety of the greater public throughout this difficult situation.”

A release said that Zywave will continue to add or update materials within its resource center as government guidance changes and the pandemic situation evolves.
