TJ is co-Managing Partner of Five-Star Recruits at Higginbotham. As a passionate advocate for Higginbotham and our culture, TJ plays an instrumental role in attracting and developing elite producers and taking the program to the next level.
TJ was pivotal in recruiting new talent and driving cross-selling opportunities in his previous role as Managing Partner with Employee Benefits. He specializes in health and welfare consulting, primarily in the areas of renewal analysis, carrier negotiations, client services, financial and claims analysis, regulatory compliance and plan design.
TJ applies the belief that client service is Higginbotham’s defining characteristic, and he is actively involved with this clients, serving as an extended member of his client’s team. Knowing that clients are Higginbotham’s life blood, he embodies a personal duty and expectation to be client advocates for daily and unexpected needs.
