Nick Rossiter (pictured) is now the motor damage strategy manager at Allianz Insurance Plc.

The former regional operations manager for the South East region has been with the insurance company for a decade and has played an important role in the joint venture with LV=, serving as operational lead for the project and delivery phases of Allianz’s commercial lines business transfer.

Rossiter, whose new appointment comes following the retirement of Stuart Munro, will focus on developing what the firm called a “fit-for-future” motor damage claims strategy.

According to the major insurer, this vital work will provide a point of reference and guidance to Allianz UK when it comes to current and future vehicle technology, trends, and market awareness.

“I am delighted to name Nick as our new motor damage strategy manager,” commented suppliers and experts head Graham Stait. “He has a wealth of experience and his appointment reflects Allianz’s continued investment in developing the talent of its people.

“As we continue to improve and strengthen our claims function, Nick’s fit-for-future strategy will play a significant role in enhancing our service.”
