Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has a new customer & broker engagement head for the UK.
London-based Fiona Merton, who made the switch from Chaucer, succeeded Mark Walker. The latter was named UK national business head last year.
BHSI UK country head Nick Major said in a release: “Fiona’s immense talent for team- and relationship-building will be an invaluable asset in BHSI’s collaborative culture.
“Her ability to foster strong relationships fits perfectly with BHSI’s focus on building long-term partnerships, and we look forward to working with her as we continue to grow our business in the UK and around the world.”
