Industry veteran Dawn Miller, who has served in senior roles globally, is moving to Chubb on October 08.

Appointed as senior vice president (SVP) for Chubb’s middle market and small commercial businesses and all distribution in Continental Europe, Miller will not only be in charge of leading the middle market and small commercial segments across Continental Europe and the distribution organisation across the continent but also have responsibility for Chubb’s overseas general global broker relationships.

As part of her remit under division president for Continental Europe Adam Clifford, the incoming SVP will become a member of the Continental Europe executive leadership team.

Miller, who spent time at the likes of Willis, AIG, and AXA, was most recently the US president and chief executive for the latter’s commercial lines division. She brings 25 years of experience to Chubb.

“This is a newly created role demonstrating our commitment to the middle market and small commercial clients across Continental Europe (CE),” commented Clifford on Miller’s position. “She brings with her a great wealth of experience and expertise and is ideally placed to develop and deliver our plans for these critical segments of our business in CE, while driving our approach to distribution.

“I am very much looking forward to welcoming her to Chubb and working together on new opportunities across our CE markets.”
