Erskine Murray has kicked off its new regional structure with the appointment of four senior heads.

The Leicester-based insurance brokerage has appointed Lynette Houghton as head of the Northern region, Howard Jones as head of the South region, Georgia Leigh as head of the Midlands region, and Judy Vincent as head of the South-East region.

Alan Wheeler (pictured), managing director of Erskine Murray, said that the firm’s new regional-based strategy has been realised through a “sizeable investment in our business and people.”

“As part of our business transformation journey, we have expanded our regional presence to ensure that we deliver an enhanced and holistic experience to our clients,” he said. “Through these regional appointments, we have shaped a leadership team that is dynamic, robust and entirely reflective of our approach to client service.”

Wheeler said that the four new heads of region are a “strong and dynamic” leadership team that will help the firm on their “business transformation journey.”

“We are delighted to have Judy, Howard, Georgia and Lynette heading up our regional structure,” he said. “With over 83 years of combined insurance experience and a commitment to delivering great risk management solutions, these individuals will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.”
