Today (June 16), the High Court of Justice’s business and property courts of England and Wales will live-stream the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) first case management conference.
Scheduled for 10:30am to 4pm, the remote hearing before Mr Justice Butcher will revolve around the FCA’s application for expedition and admission to the Financial Markets Test Case Scheme as well as the timetable for the case.
