Sometimes a new start deserves a new look – whether you change your hairstyle or buy a new suit, there’s something refreshing about a change.

For an insurance company it seems the same can be true as Hunter George & Partners waves goodbye to its longstanding brand name and welcomes in a new era as RSG Transactional Risks Europe.

The company is, of course, the transactional risk managing general underwriting arm of Ryan Specialty Group Europe. Its change is prompted by wishing to more closely identify the MGU to the strong RSG platform and comes at a key time in the firm’s history. It was back in 2016 that the then Hunter George & Partners joined the group, but it was in July that RSG announced it would be opening a new office in Barcelona, Spain, to expand its product offerings and geographic footprint. The renaming is meant to reflect this “expansive nature.”

In a release announcing the transition, the company outlined that it would continue to offer products including warranty & indemnity, tax insurance, and contingent risk insurance and that it remains committed to offering an excellent service.
