Given what is described as a “significant” pipeline of incoming broker partners for next year, Momentum Broker Solutions Limited is going to hire more people to service the group’s appointed representatives (ARs).
“There continues to be an increased interest in starting up your own broking business, and the pipeline is as strong as it’s ever been,” declared Momentum business development director Alistair Body. “While the UK has had a substantial reduction in the level of self-employment since the pandemic, the general insurance broking market is in a bubble of its own and is bucking the trend.”
This year, the AR group agreed terms with 17 broker partners. Momentum, as part of its sustained growth, also recently appointed a new marketing manager in the form of marketing and digital expert Kelsey O’Reilly.
“Kelsey is a great addition to the team and will be a fundamental part in shaping our 2023 marketing strategy,” said Momentum managing director Howard Pepper. “We have a robust regulatory platform, and the investment in our business in the last two years has put us in great shape.
“We have created more opportunities for our broker partners to grow while building on our reputation as the go-to solution for insurance professionals starting up their own business. We’re looking to recruit more staff to work at Momentum in 2023 who are committed to working exclusively with our partners and providing them exceptional service.”
Current vacancies include quality & compliance support, team leader, commercial account handler, and senior account handler.
