Seasoned sales leader Adrian Willmott has made a Willis Towers Watson comeback.

Willmott, who was with Willis from 2004 prior to making the switch to Marsh in 2007, has been appointed as sales leader for the corporate risk & broking GB retail business. The appointment is part of Willis Towers Watson’s continued significant investment in its UK offering.

To support the ongoing development of the broking giant’s British retail business, Willmott will establish client outreach strategy and engagements across the full range of human capital and risk-related retail solutions. Based in London, he will be in charge of developing the integrated sales approach for the retail business UK-wide.

“We are delighted to have Adrian on board to lead our talented UK retail team,” commented Edward Castles, managing director for corporate risk & broking, GB retail. “He brings tremendous industry sector experience which complements WTW’s industry-led propositions enabling us to advise businesses on how to use their people, capital, and technology to mitigate new and emerging risks.

“We are always looking to invest in talent and seek to hire from a broad range of backgrounds to offer our clients the best advice and develop industry-leading solutions.”
