Zurich Gruppe Deutschland has selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite as its new integrated platform for underwriting, policy administration, claims management, and billing.
The move is part of an organisation-wide business transformation initiative. The new consolidated system will be deployed simultaneously and replace all existing policy and claims infrastructure, as well as some billing systems. Non-motor personal lines will be the first product to receive the update.
Using the new system, Zurich will be able to offer services and products to customers with a simplified interface, deliver better service to brokers and agents, and increase operational efficiency via standardized policy administration, claims handling processes and billing management on a common platform.
