An insurance data and analytics company has launched a new capability to help global insurers expand their telematics propositions.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions has announced a multi-language capability for its LexisNexis Global Telematics Platform. The company said the capability could vastly improve speed to market in new territories while providing the benefits of a consistent platform in different regions.

LexisNexis’s telematics platform can now be translated into the primary language of different countries, with the ability to add new languages as required. That ability allows insurers to communicate with customers in their preferred language.

“Offering a multi-language capability provides insurers operating across multi-regions all the benefits of operating one telematics platform across different territories, easing the proof-of-concept and launch process in each country and ultimately supporting their growth ambitions,” said Rutger Van der Wall, vice president of global products, insurance, at LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
