UK telematics firm Trak Global Group (TGG) has appointed a chief financial officer and a non-executive director as part of its international expansion plans.

Ivan Bumstead, who began his career in finance at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1995, has come onboard as CFO. He will be in charge of managing the financial stewardship of TGG and working with the management team to plan, measure, manage, and improve business performance.

The key arrival’s experience includes time spent at P&O Ports, First Choice, LateRooms.com, Audley Travel, and de Poel.

Stevan Hoyle (pictured), meanwhile, has joined TGG’s board as a non-executive director. He brings years of experience from the likes of Martin Dawes and Vodafone Group.

“Telematics is now a mature market in the UK, and represents a significant opportunity internationally in both personal lines and fleet,” commented TGG chief executive Nick Corrie.

“Stevan and Ivan together add the experience, track record, and network we need to push ahead with our ambitious plans, and I’m delighted they are joining our team.”
