At Intact Insurance, Luca operates within the Chief Data Office, where he leads a multi-million-pound portfolio focused on enabling a transformation of pricing capabilities, supporting strategic objectives around profitability and technology modernisation. His expertise lies in aligning advanced data capabilities, including machine learning and AI, with clear commercial outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact rather than standalone technical advancement.
Having started in deeply technical roles, Luca brings a practical understanding of both the opportunities and limitations of data and AI. He now leads cross-functional teams at the intersection of product, transformation and delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable, value-driven outcomes.
