Alliant Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Gerry Armbruster as vice president in its employee benefits group.

In his new role, Armbruster will be responsible for the design and deployment of employee benefits products and services for clients throughout the Southeast. He will be based in Nashville.

Armbruster has more than two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Alliant, he served as assistant vice president of benefits at a leading healthcare organization.

“Gerry has the experience and focus needed to make sense of today’s rapidly changing business environment,” said Kevin Overbey, president of Alliant Employee Benefits. “He understands the market, finds real solutions, and makes it easy for clients to work with him. Gerry has the ability to forge strong and lasting client relationships, and that makes him a valuable addition to the Alliant team.”

Armbruster is the most recent addition to Alliant’s roster. Last week, the company announced the appointment of David Fiedler as vice president within its Alliant Americas division. The company also recently announced the appointment of Andy Nebens as senior vice president in its employee benefits group.
