Allstate Insurance is offering a sizeable bounty to anyone who can refer an eligible agency owner candidate.

The insurer is offering a $10,000 referral award in an attempt to fill 600 available positions in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Hawaii – the bounty is payable shortly after appointment, Allstate said.

In a statement, the company said that it is hiring to improve its growing agency sales force “to keep pace with growing consumer demand for insurance and financial products and services.”

“We are seeing increased consumer demand for auto and home insurance as well as financial advice and planning, and with the increased demand, there is also a need for compassionate and dedicated individuals in roles within Allstate agencies; including customer service and sales positions,” Allstate Insurance strategic deployment leader Rich Vander Weyst said in a release.
