Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced that it has acquired Ohio-based Stellar Benefits Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2003, Stellar Benefits is a full-service employee benefits consulting firm that offers health and welfare programs for businesses of all sizes.
Principals Ronald Rafal and Alan Greenberg, along with their staff, will continue to operate from their current location. They will report to Tom Lannen, head of Gallagher’s Great Lakes region employee benefit consulting and brokerage division.
