Commercial property insurer FM Global has appointed Sonserae Toles as vice president for inclusion.

In this newly created role, Toles will be responsible for providing leadership for diversity and inclusion-based efforts globally. She will be based in the corporate offices in Johnston, Rhode Island.

Prior to the appointment, Toles served for some three years as group vice president of global talent management at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, Maryland, where she took charge for many aspects of human resources, including global talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and governance and execution of performance management.

Prior to working at T. Rowe Price, Toles served a range of key leadership roles in diversity and inclusion as well as talent management for companies including Siemens, General Electric, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
