Global broker Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Marketing Management Associates. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Marketing Management Associates, headquartered in Landover, Md., is a full-service insurance agency that provides clients with personal and commercial insurance. The Marketing Management Associates team will join Hub Mid-Atlantic.

The deal will provide Marketing Management Associates access to Hub’s resources, services and specialists, including claims and risk management, sales development tools, and digital marketing.

The deal is the latest in Hub’s acquisition spree. Last week, the global broker also acquired JAG Insurance Group, a Florida-headquartered insurance agency.
