Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired certain assets of Eagle American Insurance Agency related to Eagle’s Mesa, AZ, and Denver operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Eagle is a full-service insurance agency that provides commercial and personal insurance, and specializes in manufactured housing. The acquisition complements and strengthens Hub’s existing capabilities, the company said.

The acquisition is the latest in Hub’s M&A spree. Earlier this week, the company announced that it had acquired Preferred Benefits Agency, an Ohio-based firm that provides tailored benefits through technology-based solutions.
Hub also recently acquired assets of Christiansen Insurance Group, a Puerto Rico-based firm that specializes in property and casualty, personal insurance, and employee benefits.
