Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired Preferred Benefits Services Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ohio-based Preferred Benefits provides tailored benefits through technology-based solutions. Mark Pettitt, president and CEO of Preferred Benefits, will join HDH.
