On February 7, Hub International Limited (Hub), a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, announced its acquisition of Mayfield Insurance, Inc.'s assets.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mayfield Insurance is an independent insurance agency based in Mooresville, Indiana. They offer commercial and personal insurance, including life, home, auto, and property insurance.
The Mayfield Insurance team and its president, Dean Mayfield, will join Hub Midwest East. Mayfield Insurance will be referred to as Mayfield Insurance, a Hub International Company.

This acquisition is not a first for Hub International. Earlier this month, the company announced acquiring the assets of Lindenwood Agency Inc. and John L. Kiley Agency Inc.
In January, the firm also purchased Woods Insurance Services, an independent agency in New Mexico, and Byrnes Agency, Inc.
Hub International is a Chicago-based company that provides services in risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning, and wealth management. It has over 18,000 employees in North America.
