Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Premiere Risk Management (PRM), a full-service commercial insurance broker. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PRM, which is located in the Chicago area, provides all lines of property and casualty coverage to the transportation industry. PRM’s transportation focus supports Hub’s specialty practices by complementing and strengthening its existing capabilities, Hub said.

PRM owner Jim Brdicka and his team will join Hub Transportation and remain in their current location. Brdicka will report to Dain Dockter, Hub Transportation Midwest territory leader.
