Hub International Limited has announced the acquisition of the employee benefits division of The Healy Group (Healy Benefits). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Indiana-based Healy Benefits provides employee benefits services, including benefits communications, workplace wellness plans and risk management seminars. Owners and risk management advisors Tony Nyers and Chris Rowland, benefits advisor Alicia Webber, and their staff will be joining Hub Midwest East.

The acquisition is the latest in Hub’s M&A spree. Earlier this month, Hub acquired The B&G Group, a New York-based insurance broker. In March, Hub acquired Harris, Madden, Powell Stallings & Brown, a Tennessee-based employee benefits and personal lines firm.
