Recent leadership appointments in the insurance and risk management sector reflect strategic growth and a focus on enhancing service offerings. Zurich, Lockton and Global Aerospace are all making significant changes in their leadership teams as they strengthen their positions in key markets.
Zurich North America has appointed Jeannie Sullivan as the head of technology for its expanding U.S. Middle Market team. In her new role, Sullivan will lead strategy development and execution for the technology sector, ensuring that Zurich’s Middle Market team provides specialized risk management solutions to meet the needs of technology businesses.
Sullivan brings 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on the technology sector. She previously served as AVP – Commercial Officer for CNA Insurance’s middle market business unit and has held leadership roles at Berkley Technology Underwriters and OneBeacon Insurance Company. Her expertise in Errors & Omissions (E&O), Cyber, and Multinational lines will be crucial as Zurich addresses the growing demands of middle-market technology companies.

Sullivan is based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and her appointment comes as Zurich continues to expand its U.S. Middle Market team.
Lockton has named Devin Beresheim as U.S. Risk Solutions leader, a move that combines the company’s Property & Casualty and Professional and Executive Risk practices under one leadership umbrella. Beresheim, who has been with Lockton since 2019 as specialties leader, will now oversee both divisions to enhance the firm’s ability to deliver comprehensive risk solutions to clients.
In his new role, Beresheim will focus on aligning leadership with evolving client needs, streamlining operations, and driving innovation across Lockton’s risk offerings. He has played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s specialty practices, with a focus on cyber & technology, transaction liability, and private equity.

Global Aerospace, a provider of aviation and aerospace insurance, has promoted Nicholas Methven to head of aerospace. With more than 22 years at the company, Methven’s deep expertise in the aerospace sector makes him a natural choice for the role. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Underwriting Director, where he helped drive the company’s success in the aerospace market.
Methven’s promotion reflects Global Aerospace’s commitment to continuing its leadership in the aviation and aerospace insurance industry. His extensive experience will be critical as the company looks to expand its offerings and strengthen its position in the sector.
