Dino E. Robusto – CEO and Chairman
Robusto joined CNA in November 2016. Throughout the years, he has aimed to improve the business and its underwriting culture by focusing on underwriting discipline, talent development, and distribution partnerships.
Robusto has extensive experience in various insurance disciplines and held senior roles throughout his career. Before joining CNA, he spent 30 years at Chubb, where he served as executive vice president as well as president of the commercial and specialty lines division. He also held roles responsible for functional areas, including human resources, communications, information technology, innovation, and corporate development.
He is a member of the board of directors of Junior Achievement USA; the board of trustees for The Institutes; and the board of overseers for the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science. He is also a signatory to PwC’s CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion.
